links GC Christmas display 2022 – 10th & 11th December 2022!
The Christmas display is for all of our members!
Register now to take part in the links GC Christmas display!
Please ensure you register your gymnast for the display by 16th October 2022.
the display is an excellent opportunity for parents, guardians, friends, and family to see their gymnasts performing and to meet the coaches. as well as an opportunity to watch some of our gymnasts in the development groups.
the display will be lots of fun, and gymnasts will be performing with their class friends. gymnasts will learn their routines during their regular training sessions.
there will be stands where you can purchase drinks, cakes, snacks, leotards, t-shirts, hoodies, and raffle items.
To register:
Please log in to your LoveAdmin account and click on Events/Christmas Display 2022 and register each of your gymnast(s) to take part in the Links Gymnastics Xmas Display 2022.
You will need to ensure that you register them for the correct date & performance (see table below).
Please ensure you read the below information to check what date and session your child will be performing.
Venue:
The event will take place at the Marist school ascot
Costume:
All gymnasts are to wear a special edition links gymnastics t-shirt (£10) which they can keep as a reminder of their attendance and participation at the Christmas display.
These will be available online from a local company Eton t-shirt co.
You will be emailed these details separately.
Dates & performance times.
This year, we will split the display into four performances over two days—a morning and afternoon performance on the 10th and 11th of December.
The below times are currently estimates. a revised schedule will be confirmed nearer the time when we have a confirmed number of gymnasts participating.
- am performance: 9am – 12pm
- pm performance: 1pm – 4pm
Performance schedule
Tickets
spectator tickets will be available to purchase from 17th October 2022.
Tickets will be £10 per person, non-refundable. the maximum is six tickets per family/gymnast.
If you would like additional tickets, please let us know, and we may be able to accommodate other requests.
Tickets will be sold via Eventbrite– this link will be emailed separately.
Under 3s are free but will be required to sit on a lap or on the floor.
We cannot sell tickets at the door due to capacity restrictions.
Raffle prizes:
If you can donate any wine bottles or unwanted gifts, that would be greatly appreciated.
Please get in touch if you are part of a company that can donate larger gifts (tickets, more significant gifts, services).
As a not-for-profit organisation, all proceeds are re-invested back into the club to continue providing gymnastics in our local area.
